How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. Delivery typically takes 3-5 working days depending on your location. Please note that during sale periods or holidays, there may be slight delays.
Do you offer shipping internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order weight.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your journey. You can also track your order via the "Track Order" link in our main menu.

Can I see more pictures or videos of the product before buying?
Absolutely! We understand that buying decor online requires confidence. If you would like to see more angles, detailed close-ups, or videos of any item, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are happy to send you extra photos via WhatsApp or Email so you can make the perfect choice.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We want you to absolutely love your DKOR pieces. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
What if my item arrives damaged or broken?
We take great care in packaging our products, but if something does arrive damaged, please contact us immediately within 24 hours with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund straight away at no extra cost.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is faulty or we have sent the wrong product.

How do I look after my decor items?
To keep your items looking their best, we recommend dusting regularly with a soft dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals as they may damage the finish. For garden items, we suggest bringing them indoors during extreme weather conditions to prolong their life.
